Due to the personal nature of earrings, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

Exchanges may be considered within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

 

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos for review.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
